Techno Classica - Essen
Discussion
I went to the preview evening of the Techno Classica on Wednesday of last week. It's difficult to describe how superior was this show to anything I've seen in this country (UK). The range and quality of the cars on display is simply astonishing. I won't bother you in detail with my personal impressions, suffice to say that the event fully justifies its status as the premier classic car show in Europe.
I paid 30 euros to fly from Stanstead to Dusseldorf (20 minutes). Entry was 20 Euros. This is an event that any classic car enthusiast should attend regularily.

I was there on the Saturday David - as you say a great show and easy to get to. It's the second time I've been and it makes the UK shows look pathetic in comparison.
