Megane Electric Windows.....Help Please!!!

My wife has a 2004 Renault Megane 1.9DCi. Yesterday, the electric windows were working fine - then, in the evening when she got home from work, the drivers side window would not go up, and the passenger side window would only move up and down in short bursts. Today, when locking the car, the drivers side window went down on its own, and now both windows won't work at all. I've checked the fuses, and tried to open the passenger window using both driver's side and passenger's side switch, with no success. I'm assuming that the window motors and switches are OK, and perhaps there is a faulty relay......

.....but where is it - looked under the bonnet, but where the additional fuses are, I couldn't see any relays.

Please can anyone give any advice - kind of stuck now, with the drivers window permanently down, and the dealer workshop closed until Tuesday. On a positive note, at least the car is still under warranty.
