Who makes the wiper arms? Mine are a bit rusty and want to change them.

May want to try the Leven Tech set - did the same with my rusty ones 2 weeks back and it is a good replacement.

I was in the local spares shop earlier, it had crossed my mind, will have to take the plunge, beause it is the olny thing spoiling the look of the car.

If you get rid of the washer pipe and fit some more traditional jets then then there arent any brackets to rub off the paint

like this:

discreat jet

I have done that, removing the plastic tube off the arm makes the arm look worse.

Stripped mine down yesterday. Rubbed down all components including the big nut that holds the wiper spindle to the body. Grey primer then matt black spray to all components.

After re-fitting all the components it now looks as good as new. About 4 hours all in including paint drying time.
