Off road in a quarry

Went to an Off-road meet today but just as a spectator, my first.
In an ex-gravel quarry, what a hoot. Those slopes seem impossible.
Stood in a group of wives and family up on a ridge to see all that went on down in the bowl.
Seemed to me that drivers enjoyed pulling others out as much as driving the slopes themselves.

No choice now the Classic has got to go back on the road pronto as I don't want to miss next month.
