I have a 97 C4 and the two front wings have faded. I tried the old T-Cut but couldnt get through the laquer. As this is my first 911 maybe you could tell me if this is normal and if so can I do anything about it other than getting the front end re-painted, thanks.
Don't try and get through the lacquer!! It'd need a repaint for sure then as you;d be through to the base coat and it would have no shine.
Try Metallic T-Cut, but it will need wax afterwards.
