How much POR15
Discussion
Recently did mine with the US Quart tin. This stuff can go on very thin so a lot depends on how you apply it and of course the extent of chassis, suspension parts covered.
Re: Storage of any left in the tin, I used a latex glove stretched over the top which was certainly airtight as it stayed semi inflated for two months, after that I used the remaining POR15 to paint a dinghy launching trolley.

I would go with the 6 small tins. The surface will go hard after a time, and you ain't getting through it, so at least you're only losing a small amount. Easier to handle when your under the car too (also easier to knock over). I use a sani bag under the lid to help seal it. Not much price difference either.
