Someone has asked me to compile a list of 45 reasons you like your vehicle

for our old mate Al

1. Beautiful classic design
2. Plenty of grunt standard (but with room to play)
3. It’s not a Chimp
4. It’s not a 911
5. It’s not Banana Yellow
6.

I’ve started off with a few, if you could add yours pls

23. Having a V8 and not a speed 6
24. The Griffith Pages
25. Pops,burbles,bangs - in narrow high sided streets
26. The faces of people on other cars as you roar past
27. The faces of people along side you in traffic jams
28. Driving in non-sportscar orientated countries where people fall off scooters when you drive past
28. The faces of people where you live when you crank it up at 7.00am on a sunday morning!

That's the thing, my 19 yr old 3.2 Carrera would happily out-gallop the Griff, and add some corners into the equation and it's not even a contest.

Not had this yet? Though A Spanish bird did once jump into the red one for a photo ... then again, two Spanish birds jumped into the Ferrari and another laid across the bonnet in a bikini for a photo when she thought no-one was looking

34. Its NOT German or Italian and they're scared of us smokin
35. Its one of the few four wheeled vehicles that can chase down motorcyclists - Its fun seeing the whites of their eyes as pass them on the exit of a bend as they are almost sat sidesaddle to see what the hell just caught them up.

I remember being top in the class at A-Level geography at one point, until I started sharing a room with some "nameless" person!

ah well, never wanted to go to Uni anyway, and figuring out ways to see through Lisa Berry's blouse/sneak upstairs in the girl's house/sleep in until mid-day/nick the keys to the school minibus/bunk out into town until the early hours etc was infinitely more fun yes
