Does anyone know if Fiat UK are taking deposits on the new 500? When is it launching in the UK (July in Italy)? Plus any specification/price info?

yep, they're taking deposits. nice car, but too expensive, I think.

I like the idea of buying my wife a nice little runaround that can be an almost bespoke car, and the 500 looks like it will fit the bill. It might be pricey, but if it ends up looking like the concept, it will be worth it.

has anyone seen any spy shots of the actual car or is it too early? My wife loves the concept car.

i asked my local dealership a couple of weeks ago, and they are not expecting the 500 till Jan08.
