12v feed to radio head

I had a new alarm system fitted together with door lock actuators etc by Harrogate Horseless..
About a week later I noticed that the CD/ Radio would not come on..Spoke to TVR who said no problem return it..the electrician probably left off a feed..
It has been some time now and I have not managed to get the car returned (94 Chim 500). I have had the radio out but cant see anything..it must be before the unit etc..somewhere
Any clues...the fuses look fine
I have also just noticed that when adjusting the door mirrors with the ignition off the ignition light, speedo and rev counter move....

The CD player would be nice though as there is no power to the 12 stacker in the boot.
