Why not just buy the new parts you require from fleabay ?

Have been looking for months, but the black stuff just doesn't come up for sale. For some reason it's only the blue bikes which are stripped for the track. Can't understand why, bearing in mind that the black ones are the fastest.

As there's plenty of grass in the fairings anyway, paint it yellow and green and it will fit straight in behind the red one on the right!!


Seriously though, have a look for a fibre glass repair shop, did wonders on the elise when i took a lumber out the rear clam...

How bad is the damage??

Chilli, I used Sudden Impact (Romford/ Ilford area) - they do plastic welding and spraying.
(I seem to recall you mentioning you commuted on the A12)
They were my insurers prefered repairer (Bennetts) when i made a claim.

Why bother? You'll only scrape all the fresh paint next time you confuse your R6 with a DRZ400
