OK, here is a strnage question. Does anyone have any ideas of where I can get a bigger sun visor for a 996. Being a bit of a short ass (5ft 7in) and I like to sit low in the car , rather than perched in the air, I am always looking below the sun visor, which as I commute east in the morning and west in the evening is a real pain.

Does anyone have any ideas of where I can get a replacement (about twice the depth) or any companies that can make one and finish it in a similar finish to standard.

I did say it was an unusual question

Thanks

sorry but sun glasses dont work if you are starring straight into the sun for 45 minutes and why use a cushion when I have a seat that adjusts for height, but as I said this doesn;t really solve the problem.

I was hoping for a bit of help...not a visit to the comedy store !!

I did that for 1 year, and got so fed up with it that I made a point of always buying a property to the East of where I work. That way you always have the sun behind you.

Yes, I'm also that sad git who works out which side of the plane the sun will be and grabs a seat the other side ...

What about tinting the top of the screen - or is that not allowed anymore?

You could sellotape a piece of cardboard to the visor?

Or http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dl

or I'm sure a good interior trimmer could add an extra inch
