Canary Wharf - The Westferry Circus "affair"

It is now several weeks that 30 to 50 cars from modern Astons to Americana exotica via TVRs, heavy modded Subarus and Porsches are gathering under Westferry Circus in Canary Wharf to go somewhere...

is there a particular recurring event? and where?

Hmmm I left the North Greenwich NCP car park (not so far from Westferry) last night at about 19:45 and the were loads parked up there, Lambos, Vettes and the above, also a film crew and a couple of 'Pit Babes'

One of the Elise'e had what i thought had Euroball 5000 written on the side of it however i google'd it this am to no avail ?

That would have been Furball 5000.

took a few here, ( www.flickr.com/photos/roadthrashuk/ ) furballers were in attendance but the evening was for the shooting of a promo movie for Candy Run, we had a great turnout and some 'spirited' driving.

not to be confused though with the original tunnel runners!!

The thing is it is like mobbing but with exhaust pipes

all of a sudden many cars appears out of nowehere, revving nicely!

I wonder where they can park to group because there is no space in CW in the underground parking levels...

a nice view I have to say, all those lovely PC incorrect cars... I saw even a white Mustang with blue stripes (the new model), possibly a GT 500

normally at westferry circus its the normal tunnel run..though there hasnt been one for a a fair few weeks now, i been to a few of them and they are great fun
