Pub recommendation required - Higham Ferrers area

Does anyone know of a good biker friendly pub (preferably with a beer garden) in the Higham Ferrers area? I’m looking for somewhere nice to stop for lunch while on a run out.

Hmm, the Star & Garter in Chelveston is a proper biker pub and on the B645 (fantastic road). That's about all that springs to mind at the moment.

Is that the one on the down hill right hander as you come into the village from Kimbolton? (It's a long time since I've ridden on the B645)
