NFS: Carbon 360 - OXP not working?

Just a quick query for guys who play carbon online; Over the last 5 days + I have won race after race after race, both ranked and some unranked, and have not gone up an online rank? I've been on rank 33 for ages now, Twice I've had the message 'you've reached level 33' when I'm already on 33, but over the last week + I havent budged. Must of won 60+ races... Is it not working for some people?
