sorry nothing to exciting but thought i'd mention for the first time today i put regular bp 95 ron unleaded in the T350,(always use shell vpower) when the display was showing 2 litres i had to stop at the next nearest station and the only pump with the ultimate had a huge que,

i done about 40 miles today with it and there seems to be a noticable difference lower down the rev range, the regular bp i put in seems to be more eager/torquey till about 3500rpm then i cant notice the difference beyond that point, but it did feel more responsive, didnt get past 5000rpm so unsure how the rest of the revs feels with it.

My T350 was always fine in cool weather on 95. Really could not tell the difference in day to day driving. However, here in Oz 95 is unusable. As soon as I get into traffic the engine will ping at the slightest provocation. Ultimate or Vpower cures it totally up to 40 degrees anyway. On track I needed some octain booster to prevent pinging >6k on a fairly hot day. I think the ECU is setup differently on newer cars to retard the ignition at high induction temperatures.
