TTG 910 problem?

Hi All

Just got a brand new TTG 910 and when charged and turned on the unit freezes on the screen that has a picture of the TTG & the "go your way the easy way" or whatever.
It wont budge from that screen, can't turn it off or anything !

There is a little hole in the base which is the reset button. Takes a paperclip.
Give that a go. My 700 locks up from time to time. Sometimes takes 2 or 3 resets to get it under way again. Press the reset and wait a while don't get hassty and start pressing buttons. It has a hard drive in there and takes a while to boot up.
