1250 miles in new Tucscan 2s reversed out of garage this morning drove 20 miles now can't get it into reverse. I know these thing are quick going forward but there are times when short trips backward are necessary. Anybody had this before. This may have to test three year warranty.

That doesn't sound too promising Ian. Is it a clutch thing, or g'box internally? Hope HHC can sort it in time for this weekends nice weather... thumbup

What are the symptoms?

Will it go into reverse but no drive or can you not move the lever into reverse? Note that the T5's have no sync on reverse so best to go into 3rd or 5th and then into reverse or you will often get a grating noise.

The magic men from Hexham Horseless have fixed it. Simple really the gear lever had turn fractionally around stopping reverse selection. If it happens to you slightly twist the lever clockwise and you should be on your way. Saved by Richard and Tony, great service again guys.

Ahah, nice one! So was it the slider/bracket that activates the reverse light switch that was fouling and stopping you getting into gear then?

Thanks Andy, but way to technical for me, but I'll watch for that in future. Seriously thanks for that.
