Gallardo Spyder on the rollers
Discussion
Had the car at a Rolling Road day on Sunday at Motoscope in North Yorkshire
Over 3 runs came out with 508.5 bhp @7666rpm at the flywheel
398.9 bhp @7737 rpm at the wheels
361.4lbf.ft @6982 rpm
Cracking day, excellent rollers, with the worlds loudest fan, plus got a portable one if needed for side vents
Quick vid

Someone elses vid, the first run figures came out a tad(!) high due to an accidental gear change into 5th (e-gear)so so not really 651bhp (yet LOL!)

Would be happy to arrange a day there if folk interested, including butty van attendance

I thought it was 500 at the WHEELS !
I don't recall a time EVER when car magazines have reported "at the wheels" figures?! It will always be at the flywheel.
Ah see this is something I didn't know. I presumed that it was at the wheels, so some of these claims of big figures ect aren't as much as I previously thought.
I think it should be reported at the wheels.
