What did I see?
Discussion
Hi,
I was on the motorway and saw something very interesting but have no idea what it was. It was badged up as a Bugatti, the rear light cluster was like a Ferrari 355 and it was quite squared off. There was a roof scoop which extended all the way to the back of the car and made a separation of the cabin. I know it wasn't the EB110 as the lights weren't square like that - they resembled more of a Veyron. Although I know it wasn't a Veyron as it was too square and they just don't come with roof scoops in general.
I've no idea what it was, it's possible it could have just been a Kit-car or someone trying to emulate a new Veyron un-successfully. Either way it sounded like there was a V8 in it.
Thanks

I had a search, but couldn't find it - there was a thread about what I think this is a while ago.
IIRC, it was quite well built - not a kit, but built as some form of prototype they hoped to sell as a concept to Bugatti.
It was for sale at a Sports and Kit car dealer at the time. I think it was Audi based.

Some idiot at Hallmark Cars said:
Reportedly offered to a number of major players in the sports car world for possible volume production. One can see styling similarities with Ferrari, Lamborghini and Bugatti.
Thats because it is a shitty replica thing that borrows styling cues from the 'major players' and stuck it on an Audi, understandable that no 'major players' took it on board!!
Edited for speeling
