Help needed with TT go 710

Hi all I've brought a tom tom go710 and i was wondering if there is anyway that you can have the voice command to go thought a head set because the thing is I've got a westfield seiw and what with the sound of the engine its a bit hard to hear the command. so if anyone knows of anything or has had this problem would be very grateful to hear from you thanks
