E63 Nearing 3 years old

Only had it a month or so, is there anything specific that I should get the dealer to look at while its still under warranty? Its a 645ci Auto

Put it through an MOT and get the dealer to fix anything that comes up?

Its booked in Monday with that in mind, was wondering if there were any known problems with the engine/transmission/suspension that an MOT would miss.
