I thought it would be useful to post why this thread has been removed.
PH enforces a 'no naming and shaming' policy with regards to personal disputes. When viewing the quoted thread readers were able to find out the dealer name using the OP's post history or by sending him a PM.
Subsequently the dealer in question saw the thread and called me with their side of the story- which was interesting to compare with the details posted on this forum.
As a result PH decided that this matter was best dealt with away from a public forum.
