Texaco MTF 94 pre 04(MINI Update)
After that its BMW MTF LT 3-However,we have been going back to MTF 94 on the later boxes because of a groaning noise from the LSD when cornering,it has also made the gear change a bit easier.
We have had issues of the selectors on the gearbox becoming tight-also the cables becoming stiff.
For the gearbox you need to strip it down to the selector arms and try to lub it.
Cables-replacement.
