Who's heading down for this next weekend then? I'll be making a trip with Busby in the Vette so should be found in the Kentagon over the Friday and Saturday.

Camping in the field over the road from the pits, flagpole has been fixed so should be flying high! Which reminds me, I've still not collected my igloo ice box since Le Mans last year.

I'll be there Saturday and Sunday, Just ordered my ticket last night. Not camping though, Brands is close enough to drive there both days.

I'll be there, it's my local circuit, too. Here's hoping Team GB can make it three meetings in a row!

I'll be there. Ordered my tickets 3 months ago - turned up yesterday...

On the Sunday it may be wise to avoid the M25/A20 junction as this was solid last time (not helped by a car boot sale and a golf competition). I would suggest going via Longfield to prolong the life of your clutch

Got to say I couldn't watch it on the TV but at the circuit the A1GP cars sound awesome. Good package of support races helps.
At £39 for the entire weekend I think its a bargain.

Tickets arrived yesterday for Sunday.

I'm a Brands virgin and am looking to stay somewhere close on Sat night, any B&B's, motels close by with bar/pub access?

As mentioned, for the price, can't be anyhting but a great day

I would like to go but only to see the Britcar. I think I'll catch them at another quieter meet.

The trouble with A1 I suppose is that all you see on tv is the A1, and probably expect that like F1 you get no decent support racing. Last year we spent the weekend enjoying GT cars (Vettes, Mosler etc) and Heritage GP cars more than the A1's.

The circuit at Brands is great, the camping top class and with access all night to the bars it's just a good sociable weekend. We're arriving late Friday night to pitch up by torchlight and have a few cheeky beers.
