A First!! My wife has actually helped me in the garage - taking apart the calipers for the wedge!

Is this a record or does the other arf help you guys

Me Julie helped me get the engine back in the 390 a few years back.. but as she was only acting as ballast for the crane I doubt this counts

my girlfriend won't even put petrol in vehicles let alone help fix em

Her in doors is usally very helpful passing spanners etc when ever needed and has been know to clean and polish the cars. She will have a go at anything, having been away from home a lot this has ranged from changing radiators in escorts to, with guidance over the phone, replacement of a front wheel bearing.

I wouldn't however let her near the TVR or Lotus except as an assitant.
