Lincolnshire hotel/inn recommendation?

Next week, I will be driving (alone) from Norfolk to Gainsboro, overnighting somewhere near Gainsboro-Lincoln type area... I'm looking for a hotel/pub with rooms that does nice grub and doesnt cost the earth (£65 max really)... Anyone got any good recommendations? I've checked the guide books I have and nothing is listed. An internet search is all well and good, but I'd rather put my faith in the ph collective!

Not sure about anywhere in Gainsborough, but the White Swan, Scotter wasn't so bad when I used to drink in there...good rep. for food and does rooms too...

Just checked scotter on the map; I was ideally looking for somewhere south of Gainsboro if poss, as I'm coming from Norfolk. Will bear it in mind though, so Cheers!
