Speed 6 De-cat pipes???

So where is the best (and cheapest) place to buy Speed 6 de-cat pipes from chaps?

Or even a pair of knackered cats.

Actually I only need the mating flanges that connect to the manifolds but I've tried to buy these from loads of places but to no avail. I want to make a pair of cats incorporating 200 cell elements. These are not available to fit in the standard cans but I can make up bespoke sections as long as I have the mating flanges. Any advice would be gratefully received.
