I had a complete nightmare trying to find the answer to this question - see here....

www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=15901&f=11&h=0&hw=steering+wheel

no one could give me the answer, not the factory, not the personal or moto-lita agents etc. spent about 6 months trying to find it out and to no avail. best of british...

I promise you, I have physically swapped the column assembly from a Sierra XR4i to TVR S, cos the TVR one had been butchered by a previous owner. Maybe this is the same as an Escort Mk4 also. A lot of Ford stuff is interchangeable. To make sure, go to a scrappy, get a steering wheel off a Sierra (or borrow one from a friendly Sierra owner)and see if it will fit the TVR (very temporarily of course!) The Sierra wheel will completely replace the TVR boss/wheel assy. Therefore it seems to me you will need a Momo boss for Ford Sierra to fit a Momo wheel to your TVR S?????
