Budget Spreadsheet

I need to put together a simply budgetting type spreadsheet.

Type of thing where you have half a dozen or so cost centres, with an annual budget and you enter the actuals each month and then it indicates how well you are doing (or not) against the estimated.

Just wondering if anyone has something simple I could crib, please. This is for a small chairty that I'm involved with, rather than for my own use.
