3R / M400 headlight beam adjustment

Any tips before I go down into the garage and have a go at it?

Is it a cut the back off and mess around for hours type job?

I believe so...but haven't done it myself. I thought about it once but went all feint.

I would def say thats a job for your local Noble dealer!

Change all the bulbs while your in there and I'd put in the phillips H7 brighter lamps too. Much improved on mine!

i so need sliica gel thought of 100w rally bulbs on dip, but not sure if the wiring is up to the challenge!

Easy Peasy, screws out sealant cut adjust beams re-seal with Dow Corning sillicone add small sachet silica gel for good measure.

Of course you could go the whole hog and convert from H7 to HID, miles better and getting a lot more affordable now.

Cheers. I shall have another look in better light. Didn't see the screws at first due to the massive amounts of sealant on them....
