I saw it at the Excel car show, it was on the TVR stand. The guy there said that the current owner was recently offered 900k by the factory and he turned it down saying he would never seelit......not sure how true that is........sounds a lot of doller to me!

If I owned that I'd never sell it either. You'd never get it back again.

If I owned it I definitely wouldn't sell it to the factory, It would probably end up as a pile of scrap somewhere.

If you are going by the original 12,then its a completely different car.I remember when it made its debut at Earls Court.I had to push my way through the hordes of people gathered around the turn table is was turning on.Awesome looking car and sounded lovely. Some one must have a pic to put up of the original press car in that lovely shade of purple.

Thats the baby.Anyone got a picture of it with the wheels on in that colour, and not in the white that they raced with.Dare i say it.A far better looking car than the Cerbera 12. prepareforincomingtank

Indeed, Mark. I find watching that clip mildly depressing in some ways. I was looking for some features about a car in old magazines (around 1999 - 2001) and kept stumbling on TVR-related comments and articles. Back then it seemed TVR could do no wrong - Autocar even cited TVR as one of the marques Lamborghini (recently acquired by Audi) needed to raise its game against!!
