Would have been far more straightforward to put:

it has only bin riden in very good weather, the bike has done 1900 miles and is 2003 registerd,
the bike has no tax as it has mot bim used throw the winter and no mot as it is just turnd 3 years old

Surely its over 4 years old now ie march 2003 to march 2007,its even on a 52 plate which ok could have been registered upto march 2003.If so it should have been mot'd already.
Still like the way its been cleaned and polished for the ad.
