out of true slightly catching pad when rotated by hand.
question is ,do i have them skimmed up anybody had good resuts
or a waste of time ? or do i replace with tuscan drilled
again,or is there a better disc out there?

i've got the same. The last owner said he had the same issue and had them skimmed, then a month later the problem came back so he just replaced them in the end.

You don't say whether they're front or rear.
I believe there's no alternative for the rears, but you can get from any of the usual indie experts a better replacement to the originals for the front.

I have the same thing with my discs but it's not what was causing the worst judder on mine.

Check the bottom bushings on the suspension arms.

If there is any "front-to-back" movement (i.e. along the length of the bolt) in these, it will result in a bad judder when you brake.

Try pushing the arms with a nail-bar or similar to see if there's much movement in them.

You'll need the car over a pit or on a lift to check it.

I shimmed mine by simply putting in M-16 washers (don't wedge it, just fill the gap).

As far as I can see, these bushings should have spacers in front and behind to stop premature wear.

I plan a poly-bush upgrade at some stage in the future but this has solved it for now.

Worth a try.
