Just had a (very careful) trip up to Silverstone Performance to get some new wheels. Sadly my tyre size to cerbera size / luggage capacity calculations were somewhat out... This therefore entailed taking a 225 in the boot, one in the back and the other two 255s lashed to the roof and bootlid respectively with lots of rope and bubble wrap. Must've looked a right sight doing a 110mile trip! And as it is, "Business Post" have completely let them down and now I'll have to wait till Wednesday for that nice set of SP12's. Not the guys at SP's fault though, they're thoroughly nice chaps.

Who did you deal with, was it Matt?

We managed to get all four wheels & tyres in the car. One 255 in the boot, both the 225's in the back and the other 255 in the passenger seat. It did make seeing the passenger wing mirror a bit tricky

Indeed it was Matt.

Me being a lanky bugger there was no way I could drive with a 255 behind me and I took a passenger to while the hours of driving away.
