I had one of my Griff transferred to canvas by Fluid Images about a year ago. It hangs in the hall. I was very surprised at the quality, considering it was taken with my 300d and so was the Mrs because it was destined for the office until it arrived when she asked me if I wanted to hang it in the hall.
The only thing I've found is the frame its attached to has warped ever so slightly, lifting the bottom left corner off the wall, at a guess about half an inch.

is it above a heater ? If it is - perhaps the wood hadn't dried out fully or where it is now is drier than where it's been stored previously.

Should be easy to install a cross brace to stop it continuing.

Looking into something similar believe www.55max.com offer this service. They have a shop somewhere in SW London and a concession in selfridges.

Would like tyo know how you get along

I've used www.foto.com, great quality, good price. Printed and shipped from Berlin, 72 hour UPS.

Directly onto canvas I think, not sure to be honest, I suppose I would have noticed if it was paper on canvas.

The cheap option is get a canvas frame from the range (or similar) and get your local signwriter to do the printing...
