Well, after getting all my hopes up about buying the Purple GT, the owner has gone and sold it to his friend!
Anyways, I find myself going from not wanting to buy a Cerbera until I done my homework on the car to wanting one NOW
So, whos gonna sell me their well maintained, look after and much loved Cerbie!!!!
Im after a 4.5 and a nice colour combo!
Nothing is realy grabing my eye in the classifieds

it did belong to pistonheader Budaholic but he sold it to move to Cyprus, looks like its back on the market again.

can't comment on whats happened since Bud sold it, but before that it was a well maintained gorgeous sounding and looking cerbera the pictures in the classified doesn't do it justice at all, I have much better ones than that if you're interested.

go on you know you want to, would love to see a pistonheader buy it too

Well I thought I might step in and blow Gary's trumpet (in a manner of speaking) for him when I saw this thread, but it seems he has done it himself (talented chap )

This really is a very good buy given the recent engine work, beggars belief that you could get that done and then sell on so soon afterwards but I do know stuff just happens that way sometimes. A nice looking car and should be a safe bet given the history and fettling.

These prices are absolutely crazy. The problem being, that they will be bought by people who are not able or prepared to give these cars the GBP 3-4,000 a year they need to keep them in tip top condition.

Totally agree, and then you end up with a car needing 8k spent on it to get it back to tip top.
