eek Does anybody know who sells the material that lines the back of the engine bay (pot riveted on) and if I remember correctly, into the transmission tunnel as well, Cheers Jonathan

I need to replace mine, if you drill out the rivets do the heads rattle around in the body work some where or is there a better way of removing them?

I've used the sticky backed Reflect-A-Cool material from Agriemach down the inner wing and that seems to be OK. Only one downside I found with this stuff though is you can't slide it into position like you can if you're using a silicone type adhesive. Seems obvious really but it didn't dawn on me until I had a fight to fit it. You also need to hold it in place then peel off the backing and if space is a bit limited you'd be surprised how difficult that can be. On the +ve side though, you don't need 3 hands to hold it in position and rivet.

They do sell something called Floor Tunnel Heat & Sound Insulation www.agriemach.com/product_info.php?products_id=826

and Aluminised Heat Barrier which I considered getting if Reflect-A-Cool didn't work.

Yes they will rattle around, in theory at least, because you'll never hear them over the engine.
