Adding Speed Cameras to the Becker database?

There is CD available (see link below) with speed camera locations for the rest of Europe, but it doesn't include the UK!

Has anyone tried adding them as points of interest? I am about to get a Becker Cascade and would have thought it should be possible.

Did you have any luck with this ? Or can you download UK POI data and convert it to work with the Becker system ?

Hi there, I was told that they will be releasing a version with UK speed cameras, but they gave no indication as to when! I haven't bought the current version. I am not sure how easy it would be to edit the poi, anyone else had a go?

this seems to have UK cameras, but it's only for the Becker traffic assist. Still strange that they aren't available for the Cascade. Will try and see if it's possible to create them from elsewhere but I'm guessing this isn't trivial ...

Thanks for suggesting this. I asked them today, but they referred me to the CD I knew about already, that doesn't have UK sites.
They are not planning to add the UK speed camera sites until they have a UK distributor for the disc. Once they have one, it will only be a few weeks for them to produce a new disc.
I hope they find a distributor soon!

I think we need to let them know they are losing sales to other models in the UK because of the lack of speed camera POIs ...
