FAO TED - FAQs at the top of Forums
Discussion
Ted.
Just noticed the Porsche forum shows the FAQs at the top of the forum. I assume this is a transitory thing and not permanent. They appear to have been given sticky status?
We've just been discussing how FAQ thread status has been underused on the forum with the intention of PHers doing a few technical posts which once sorted will be given clear titles and FAQ status. This is great but I don't want to see the top of the forum cluttered with this stuff which the vast majority of us don't need to see every day.
cheers

The drop down links to FAQs don't appear to work.
Of the three threads that have previously been awarded FAQ status one of them now appears to have a sticky status and so appears at the top of the forum below the A plan insurance thread.
This one:
www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&skin=phclassic&t=292748
Below that are then two threads that had sticky status a long time ago:
www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&skin=phclassic&t=276887
www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&skin=phclassic&t=276887
sorry for the confusion. I assume this can be sorted by removing the sticky status, I'm just curious how they got it back.
