Do you have detailed road level mapping of the Isle of Man on your TomTom?

If so, what version of the maps do you have, and which TomTom model?

I got my TT at Christmas, but last time I looked on the website, it said there was an upgrade available for the maps

I e-mailed TomTom support yesterday, and they said that v6.75 of the Europe map DOESN'T include IoM! So how come Matt172's TT One does? It would be nice to have the map as I'm now planning a weekend trip there.

I got the same response, and they went on to say that they don't have any plans to add it to the European maps. rolleyes

Having been there, there isn't much of a need for Sat Nav: you'd be doing very well to get lost. hehe Providing you can remember which side of the island the big towns are on, navigation is simply a case of following the signposts for the town in the direction you want to head.

Done a bit more digging - the TomTom One map is a Navteq mapping, and TomTom are switching to TeleAtlas excusively, hence the loss of IoM in later mapping. Matt's v660.1256 is available as a torrent in several places, if you can activate it! I'm still on v6.010....
