mind your knuckles and have spare nuts and bolts available, probably worth getting a can of wd40 to soak the originals before you try and remove, when I replaced the rear box hangers / mounts they seemd glued on gave them a coating and left for a few hours and they flew off. marT350T said:

I replaced the hex socket screws with stainless steel ones from screwfix (only a few £
The bolts at the front of the diffuser are difficult unless you have the car high enough to get your fingers over the top.
I remade the middle hanger with 10mm stainless threaded rod as my original broke twice.
It was worth it
