Tuscan wanted

Hi

I'm after a Tuscan MK1, have around £17k to spend and would like one with FSH and rebuild. Am i likely to get a good one for this money?

I've looked at a few in the classifieds and like a couple of them- does anyone else have a Tusc they're looking to sell?

I am in the South East too and happy to advise you down the route of choosing a Mk 1 Tuscan.
Had mine for over 2 years now and checked out quite a few before buying.
Dont get too hung up on engine rebuilds though....there are several cars out there that have never needed one.

Of course there are good ones out there, but for £17k you are probably looking at a 2000/2001 model, possibly a 2002. I personally wouldn't take the risk, buy one with a 2006 rebuild and have the piece of mind of what is left of the warranty. Even if you found a good one, there is nothing to say it won't go pop in 10,000 miles time and you will be left with a £5000+ bill for the rebuild then....... Unless you have £5k put aside just in case!

Mine has just had a rebuild, still under warranty, its not in the classifieds but PM me and I will fill you in on the rest.
