Just bought chimaera 450 in amarinth purple from mole valley - very happy with service and the car is a dream come true. Am insured only fo 3k per year - not enough!! Live near Woking in Surrey - anyone know of any local groups around this area?

The Surrey TVRCC meets every 3rd Wed at the Talbot in Riply - not far from Woking at all.

Any body know how well attended this club is, or what time they meet ?

I have been to check it out, but got fed up waiting in the end - not another TVR in sight - unless I got the wrong pub again !

I too would like to know where the Surrey group meets - no sign of life on the Surrey mailing list for months. I've been in the US for the past 3 months, but now I'm back I'd like to attend. Can anyone please confirm when and where?

If it is the 3rd Wednesday then that would make it the 23rd this month. Why don't we set a time and meet up at the Talbot in Riply anyway. At least there would be 3 of us even if it is the wrong pub !

You could also try the Hampshire TVR Club. They've been meeting at the Princess Royal in Runfold every 2nd Thursday of the month. I've only been once and understand that they're thinking of moving the event. Runfold's a sinch from Woking - go to Guildford, A3 south then join the Hogs Back. 20mins I reckon.

If its the third wednesday then its the 21st - not the 23rd !! I`m up for meeting there if you are - do people take their tvr`s or is it more of a forum for discussion etc??

OK so I can't even read a Calendar right. No wonder I haven't found the meeting place yet !
Do people go in their TVRs ? I've been looking for TVRs in the car park as a sign that I've got the right place for the meeting.
If they don't, then how are we supposed to spot each other ? Maybe we should all wear a red carnation in our lapel or something.......

You could always try the Royal Oak in Pirbright this Sunday (18th) - you might find around 10 Tuscans turning up there at 11:30......

The Surrey TVRCC does meet at the Talbot - next Wed...21st. Most people turn up at around 8:15-8:30

The number of attendees varies but there are usually at least 8 at this time of year (loads more in the summer). The number of TVRs is usually considerably less (rebuilds, gritty roads, etc) so don't be put off by that.

There are two main bar areas - we could be in either depending on how busy it is.

Hi guys, just a couple of questions do the surrey TVR car club have a web site and secondly does any one own a blue chim 450 reg W7 SCD as everytime I go out in my chim I seem to bump into it around camberley area.
