Just arrived back from making our lastest and greatest () record in L.A.

6 weeks away was tough! Finally got back to my Noble, it was driven breifly once during that period and the cars working great... phew... thought i was in for a knightmare there.

Things from LA

-Drivers are insane in L.A.
-Got to drive some American cars, all terrible!... (must be because there's no corners) except that I got to drive in a Ford GT recently... awesome car all round... felt so solid and while the accel. is no way as savage as the noble its still pretty mind blowing.

p.s.

There is a song called 'Deathcar' on the new record, the dark noble shall be honoured!

p.p.s

Worrying info: Spoke to a mate last night at a show, who'd just been caught doing 170 in his skyline... no police car, no camera... caught by Helicopter GPS... at 2:30 AM... phone call the next day... I didnt even know they did this...

Inflict - Release date?

Re the Helicopter was this in Essex? I'd heard they have bought a helicopter-mounted camera that can book several cars a second from up to a mile away.

Poor guy I hope he gets an open prison because I suspect that's where he'll end up (mumble mumble rant rant who did he hurt?).

You can't floor the GT @ 3000rpm and get the same kick as the Noble, as it seems to act a bit more like a normally aspirated car than a forced induction one. Over 5000rpm it really pulls hard. Also, the long gearing chatches you out. Remember to can get the best part of 90mph+ in second and 135 in third....

Just as an aside Certain TVR's can do 110 in 2nd!

Crikey. They must be geared for 250 or something silly

Close ratio gearbox has a ridiculous first gear and then stacks them together tighter. The 5th gear ratio isn't much different from standard I would suspect.

Sounds like the lambo - the gaydaro I had did 60 in 1st, 100+ in 2nd - made the thing feel dam slow I can tell you.
