Clubsport & Track days?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I take it Clubsports can be used at track days?
The fact that's it not road legal car is not a problem I take it?

has anyone ever made a Clubsport road legal?

No problem running them at trackdays. However noise can be an issue, have a search through the threads on here on the different solutions to reduce the noise

I only use mine for track days !! Rob is correct you will have an issue at some tracks with noise limits. Mine is for sale if you are looking for an unmolested example with trailer spare engine and all you need to get on track.

It's always worth checking in the small print just in case, you do sometimes see some strange restrictions. Also they are not welcome at airfield days (apart from being too noisy), most airfield days require road legal or at least looking like it could be road legal!

Also you will find the car frustrating to drive as you will be a shed load quicker then everything (especially around corners)

Track Days - we have a Clubsport and have run it at 4 track days, Castle Coombe twice, Silverstone and Brands Hatch GP. Noise is the only issue. I ended up fitting a Radical special - say you want to run the car at Castle Coombe. You may have to make up a short additional box like I did. Its mounted at 90 deg. My main box makes just about 100Db on its own and a safe 97Db with the extra one fitted. Have fun.

Hi, 10m of Chain? can I ask why it's spare and how much do you want for it. If its sold then where did you buy it from?
