Lazy Day

Went out for a ride today but rather than giving it the full beans and seeing how much I could damage my tyres, I just pottered around the country lanes, not exceeding the speed limit, and just generally chilling out. It was only a 50 mile stint but it's quite amazing how relaxed I felt when I got back. Usually I'm sweating like Gary Glitter in a creche with a heartrate like a mouse.

Sometimes I just enjoy a gentle bimble myself, not all that often if I'm honest though. I take it you've recovered from your operation.
