12th May

Britcar round at Snetterton.

Mixture of Porsche 911's and a awresome Poseche 935 along with Ferrari 360s, BMW M3's and various other supercars.

Would be good of a load of us to all meet up there at Tyrells Lunchtime for a drink.

Britcar is Saturday only. Qualifying @ 09:00, for 30 minutes, and a 2 hour race starting @ 16:10.

P.S. No comments required about timing, please!

Purchased the annual pass today so will have to go up there lots now to make it worthwhile!

Hopefully will be up there this weekend as the GF is working then we'll hopefully both be there the following week for the Superbikes!

Hang on Mr Racing Dude009 - as you're a Labour Party agent (oh yes you are, it was on the telly hehe ), how do you reconcile nasty polluting motorsport with the environment and sustainability? I hope each race has the correct ethnic mix or you're for the high jump!

First race is Britsports at 12:10 followed by Production saloons about an hour later.
Both should be highly entertaining.

Was good to see such I diverse grid we had several drivers from the new European Countries and quite a few female drivers their as well.

The position I take on motorsports is a bit like Bernie Ecclestone its not nasty and polluting but an important basis for important R & D to make cars more safe and less polluting.

Here are some of my Pictures, first pictures with my new camera (not an SLR) and pretty pleased with some of the results!

Sorry but the order is a bit random!
