Is it just me that thinks the Veyron sounds like a bag of rusty spanners? Shit sounding car.

You don't even realise that the Veyron has fired-up. It's the automotive equivalent of a man to whom a woman asks 'is it in yet'?

Works best at full volume - apologise to the neighbours later Listen right to the end - the sound of the car accelerating away again right at the end has a nastiness to it that I just love.

Does anyone know what that evil farting sound is that it makes when the driver changes gear? it seems to happen on all flappy-paddle supercars, though it sounds best on the 360CS.

Nice post MitchT, not seen that before. The "evil farting sound" is the electronics briefly cutting the ignition/fuelling/timing as the flappy paddle 'box selects it's next cog sounds good tho!

Yeah I agree. It's the sound of 1000bhp. I definately preferred the rawness of the Enzo and F40!

They auto blip on down changes which sounds sooo much better than the "fart" noise on the way up the box! Italian engineering at it's finest, great idea putting a blip in
