In a few weeks were going away to the lakes for a weekend with some friends. Usualy we go to their house and the kids play, the wives talk and me and my mate get pi$$ed and play xbox games.

Trouble is this cottage does not have a TV yikes

So ..... We both have identical laptops that are a couple of years short of the state of the art

Spec is :

Inspiron 8600
Intel Centrino 1.7ghz
512Mb Ram
ATI 9600Pro 128MB

The plan is still pretty much as the first par but with the gaming on the laptops. Bearing in mind the spec I'm afer suggestions for games that will run well and that will play well with 2 players either one on one or co-op.

THe mate's not into RTS games and the games will have to be easy to get into and a good laugh.

How about Unreal Tournament old enough to run on a laptop with those specs very easily, the demo is still pretty good if it's just a bit of fun.

Thanks Gold. Suggestions can be games that need to be purchased. I don't mind spending a few quid.
