1997 Chimaera - Missfire - tornado chip.

Hello folks,
Firstly does anyone know what was done to the exhause when pre-cats were removed, and the pipes "sleeved". I have a 97 4.0 its far to noisy to use.
If anyone want to swap their exhaust over, please feel free to get in contact.
this car also has a missfire when warm, could this be the coil. It has had a tornado chip and uprated cam, but only seems to miss when its warmed up.
Again, could earthing be an issue when warm?
